How do I personalize an item?

Personalization options vary by product. Open the product page, select the available options, and enter the requested name, text, date, or other detail before adding the item to your cart. Review your entries carefully before checkout.

Can I return a personalized or custom-made item?

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns. Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Read the Refund Policy for complete return information.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email mom3hacks@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded according to our Refund Policy.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery destination. Orders are sent by ground shipping by default. See the Shipping Policy for details.
