Return eligibility

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns.

 

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email mom3hacks@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

 

How to request a return

Email mom3hacks@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Return instructions will be provided for eligible non-personalized items.
